That his own L2 is the same significator of extraterrestrials is not surprising. He is mostly concerned with his self-image and his self-image is built upon extraterrestrials. House 2, being the house of the image we project out to the world, it is the house of whatever we say to others. Here we have the natural ruler of deceit, Mercury, right inside his second cusp. Mercury is hidden by combustion. The Sun is his L6 and rules both Mercury and Jupiter by exaltation. A literal picture of a pathology that compels him to lie. The Sun opposes Neptune by antiscion. A hidden illness. Jupiter is on the ascendant by antiscion. That is, he goes around and tells lies to other people without their knowing he is lying. Possibly with he himself knowing that he is lying.
