The querent was having dinner with friends outdoors. At some point, a bright light appeared in the sky in the distance.
They followed the aircraft’s path and saw what was an unusual array of four bright lights facing downward glide overhead at what appeared to be the altitude of a helicopter, and then disappear beyond the trees. But it did so in complete silence.

As you will see there will be more antiscia and Neptune in this series of charts than we can shake a trident at. Things are happening but are hidden, obscure, unclear unseen, or unacknowledged. Here Neptune inside the 3rd cusp ads to the mystery. So, there is more than a simple “yes” to this answer. Mars is also conjunct with Jupiter by antiscion. Mars rules house 12 and it sextiles the 12th cusp. It also rules house 4. Venus is conjunct Fortuna in house 4. I do not want to complicate it just yet. You will see what those houses mean as you progress through the charts.
