Interpretation
Saturn is on the 3rd cusp by antiscion. That is, a hidden virus in the Extraterrestrials’s house That answers the question. But of course, there is more. Mars is on the 10th cusp, in mutual reception with Mercury, and in opposition with the Moon. Extraterrestrials and the government are in bed and antagonistic to the people. Mars is conjunct with Fortuna by antiscion. The Moon is combust by antiscion with negative reception from the Sun toward the Moon. Depicting the hidden power our hidden enemies exercise over us and the harm they inflict. The Sun is conjunct with Pluto, stating the obvious, or being descriptive…
