And the controversy about who their makers are goes on. Extraterrestrials using high technology or pranksters using gardening tools… nobody knows.

Are the crop circles made by extraterrestrials or humans?

The crop circles are signified by Venus, house 5. Any doubt, look at the nodes and Fortuna. Extraterrestrials are Jupiter.
Interpretation
Venus is combust in its own sign. So, something hidden about it is in play. The Sun is inside the 3rd cusp by antiscion. Venus is there too, conjunct with Neptune. The crop circles are hidden in the extraterrestrials’ house. That means they are certainly involved in their creation. Saturn has power over the Sun and Venus by exaltation. And the Moon is conjunct with Saturn and tightly trines Mars, which tightly sextiles the 4th cusp. This could well describe “us” humans using their technology/tools (Mars, 2nd from the 3rd) to create crop circles. It is claimed that the circles are made by small orbs of light floating about the fields. Well, the Sun. Amazing symbolism.
Answer
Either they are created by extraterrestrials or by humans using the extraterrestrials’ tools. Or both. Either way, it would not happen without the extraterrestrials’ presence.
Remarks
Mercury opposes Neptune and is conjunct with Jupiter by antiscion. Without more contextual knowledge it is impossible to interpret this.
