The Tic-Tac UFO event refers to a widely publicized sighting of an unidentified flying object by US Navy pilots in November 2004. The incident occurred during a training mission off the coast of San Diego, California.
Commander David Fravor and other pilots, flying F/A-18F Super Hornets, reported seeing a strange object that appeared to be about 40 feet long and shaped like a “Tic-Tac” candy.
