One of the narratives about UFOs is that some of the sightings are of human-built crafts, which are the result of reverse-engineering extraterrestrial crafts and/or collaboration projects with Extraterrestrials.
Steven Greer asserts that V-shaped UFOs are one such type of human-built craft produced in US government “black projects”. According to a multitude of eyewitness reports, a large, V-shaped object with lights was seen moving slowly and silently across the sky of Phoenix, Arizona on March 13, 1997. The object was estimated to be several miles wide.

Venus does not behold Saturn, but it does behold Mars’ antiscion, aptly describing the fact that the residents of Phoenix do not know what they saw, and that what they saw was a man-made craft, that is “ours”.
