Interpretation
The Sun is in the exaltation and sign of Mercury and in the triplicity of the Moon. There could hardly be a better inclination from them toward us. But… Saturn opposes the 3rd cusp and Jupiter is angular, both are in the Sun’s detriment. There are antagonistic forces at play. Venus, perhaps our hidden enemies, trines the 10th cusp, suggesting who or what some of these forces may be. And Mercury, the Moon, and Venus are in the Sun’s fall and exalt Saturn. The Sun opposes Mercury by antiscion.

Yes, the Pleiadeans are well inclined toward us. But there is plenty of obstacles to our receiving their influence. There are significant forces against it. We ourselves are not receptive and much prefer what the Pleiadeans’ antagonists have to offer, while we are under the power of Venus.
Remarks
To me, the Moon and Mercury depict a picture of a population that is unable to tell friend from foe and thus believes that foes are friends. And being in an adjacent sign to the Sun tells us the Moon and Mercury are oblivious to the Sun’s presence and proximity.
